We renovate historic homes in the West End area of Atlanta.  The majority of the homes we acquire and renovate are Craftsman Bungalows.  Our main goal in restoring these homes to their original grandeur is leaving the original character and details in tact while providing more efficient, modern amenities.  All homes are upgraded with safer more efficient HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical systems.  Kitchens and baths are updated while still respecting the original architectural style such as shaker cabinets, bead board and tile work.  Original doors, hardware will remain along with moldings and refinished hardwood floors.  Please take a look at the available homes, before and after pictures.
